Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?
If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in motion and we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to stop it.
If you do cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If after 14 days of use you're still not happy with your product, you can return it anytime within 60 days of receiving it. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, but we’ll happily refund the product once it’s back with us.
To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Page or e-mail us at hello@little-routines.com. Don’t forget to include your Order Number, or the name and email address used to place the order — it helps us help you faster.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken or defective, please e-mail us at hello@little-routines.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage so we can take a look.
Note: We define "damaged" as defects or breakage to the product itself. Dented or squished packaging doesn't count if the product is unharmed.
Shipping, Delays & Lost Packages
We’ll get your order on its way quickly — but once it’s with the courier, delays may happen that are outside our control (weather, customs, etc.). If you run into issues, it’s best to reach out to the courier directly. We’re not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! If your address is incorrect and we’re not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we can’t offer a resend or refund.
